Booking Cancellation Policy

Overview:
At H3 Interiors, I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment or order. I strive to be flexible and accommodating while maintaining fairness to my customers and my business.

Appointment Cancellation:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by contacting me within 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 23 hours and 59 minutes of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee if it is a service-paid appointment.

Order Cancellation:

For service orders, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to our booked call. Cancellations made after 48 hours prior to the booked call, will be subject to a US$20 fee. Once the booked order is prior to 24 hours of our call, it cannot be canceled.

Custom or personalized orders may have specific cancellation policies based on the service stage.
Refunds:

Cancellation fees may apply, and the refund amount will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances.

Refunds will be processed within 20-30 days of the cancellation approval.
Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in certain circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptional situations to analyze. After analysis, it will be determined whether the customer is liable to receive a full refund of the amount paid, or will pay the cancellation fee.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at rebeca.perez@h3interiors. For order cancellations, please contact me at rebeca.perez@h3interiors, explaining the reason, so I can analyze if the customer will be liable for the cancelation and refund based on the refund and cancelation policy.
Policy Changes:
H3 Interiors reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the website.
